Orders are processed within 3 of order placement.We offer UPS Next Day Air Saver®, UPS Next Day Air®, UPS® Ground, UPS® Ground Saver, and UPS® Standard. Standard and ground delivery typically takes 3-7 days, while expedited options are faster. Costs vary based on shipping method and destination. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Once shipped, we'll provide a tracking number via email.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery. Refunds to original payment will incur a fee equal to the amount of the return shipping label. All items, including discounts up to 50% of the original retail price, are returnable for original payment method.

Please note that any sale items equivalent to 50% or more of the original retail price, are considered final sale and will not be returnable.

Returns and Exchanges

Soulo warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year commencing on the date of the original purchase of such product. Refunded purchases are not eligible for a warranty replacement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, unreasonable use, or service performed by unauthorized service agencies. Loss or damage to removable parts will not result in the replacement of the entire product. Due to continuing improvements, actual (replacement) product may differ slightly from the product described herein.

In the event of a defect, our sole liability, and your exclusive remedy, is the repair or replacement of the product. To use the warranty, submit a claim on the contact form with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. This warranty is in lieu of all other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
